Return Eligibility

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • It includes all accessories, manuals, and invoice
  • It is not a clearance or customized product

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or installed products
  • Items with missing parts or packaging
  • Electrical components once the seal is broken
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation by third parties

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos of the damaged item
  • We will arrange an exchange, repair, or refund based on the issue

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Please Note: Any payment gateway processing charges incurred during the original transaction will not be refunded. These charges are deducted by third-party payment service providers and are non-recoverable.

  • Installation charges are non-refundable if the service has already been performed.
  • Any dissatisfaction with installation should be reported within 24 hours.
